As communities around the world take steps to be more environmentally sustainable, solstreet is positioned to be the solar street furniture of choice.
Daily, municipalities are placing new electric vehicle charging stations in their communities. These EV stations are always powered by their municipal electrical grids. As cities cut down on other users of their grid, there will be no new real estate granted to grid reliant electronic billboards using up to 10,000 watts per day. All new electronic billboards must use other power sources, such as solar. This is a perfect opportunity for solstreet. This is our moment.
How They Work
Solstreet products include a solar powered bench, kiosk, educational desk, transit pole, bus shelter, and E-bike storage locker.
Solstreet offers revenue sharing advertising space to national and local advertisers economically supporting communities while reducing their carbon footprint. Our products feature an E Ink (EInk.com) electronic ink 75″ diagonal color screen and an E Ink 42″ diagonal B&W screen. Advertising and local community messages are broadcast remotely in real time. Solstreet furniture products do not tap into the electrical grid. They are easily installed with just 8 bolts into the sidewalk.
